Lusk Body Company agrees to warrant workmanship,
including refinishing, on the vehicle described in the
estimate, for a period of not less than a year from the
date of completion of repairs. The original purchaser
whose names appears on the estimate must retain
ownership of the vehicle and give the vehicle reasonable
care and maintenance.
Lusk Body Company recommends only careful hand washing
at all times of refinished body panels or complete
refinish of an entire vehicle. The refinish covenant of
this warranty shall become invalid if the vehicle shows
evidence of cleaning operations performed by mechanical
or automated washing systems.
Moreover, the sheet-metal workmanship covenant of the
warranty shall become invalid if repaired or replaced
body panels are modified from their original design.
Modifications include the installation of aftermarket
"custom" body panels : non-standard lighting: oversize
wheels and tires: suspension lift of lowering equipment.
Moreover, parts which must be replaced as part of the
repair operation will be warranted by their
manufacturer. At its option, Lusk Body Company agrees to
replace at its expense or reimburse the vehicle owner
for labor charges related to the installation of
repalced mechanical components, provided the charges do
not exceed the mechanical labor flat-rate assessed by
Lusk Body Company at the time repair operations on the
vehicle were performed by Lusk Body Company.
The vehicle owner must present a copy of this limited
warranty agreement at the time a claim is submitted for
warranty protection. The limited warranty must describe
the vehicle, identify the owner of the vehicle, the date
the limited warranty was issued, and must be signed by
both the vehicle owner and a management representative
of Lusk Body Company. |
